My name is Doug McLain, I am the executive director of Compassionate Christian Ministries (CCM). A few years ago, I was given a directive from God to provide our community with a resource for both those directly and indirectly affected by destructive, repetitive behaviors. Our services include a variety of Christian-based activities that are meant to minister to those (churched and unchurched) ensnared in sinful behaviors.
Do you have problems that seem overwhelming? Are you often sad or depressed over what is happening in your life? Does life seem to be passing you by? Have you lost the joy? Remember, sometimes God sets up problem situations for us to face, problems that are much too hard for us to solve alone. This is God’s way of training us to rely on Him to solve our problems. When we see God step in and solve the problem, we learn to trust in Him more.
And remember, CCM can help. Call today, let our highly trained, compassionate christian staff respond to your needs. All of our services are free to each participant and their families. We count on donations to fund our ministry.
Every donation to Compassionate Christian Ministries qualifies for 501(c)(3) non-profit status from the IRS — what that means is every donation you give counts as a tax-deduction. At CCM, we simplify the giving process--100% of your donation is tax-deductible.
And CCM’s financial affairs are regulated by its Board of Directors, (see section on Board of Directors); these are local people that have a strong connection to our community.
We ask you today to prayerfully seek what God would have you do, to follow the Holy Spirit’s leading, and to act accordingly in faith. God bless you and keep you.
Doug McLain, Executive Director
